What this site is

This site presents MAMYCODE's services and lets you get in touch. Descriptions of our services are informational.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a quote, or professional advice. A commitment exists only once both parties sign an agreement.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the site's operation or security, or attempt to gain access you have not been granted
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the site
• Copy or redistribute its content beyond what the law allows
• Submit unlawful content, or anyone else's personal data, through the contact form

Client engagements

Projects are delivered under their own written agreement setting out scope, milestones, timeline, price and ownership of what we build.

Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design and the MAMYCODE name and wordmark belong to MAMYCODE LLC. Using them without written permission is not permitted.

Ownership of code and deliverables produced for a client is set by that client's contract.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Maintenance and hosting incidents can cause downtime.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, MAMYCODE LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost data.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Disputes fall to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you a different forum.
